Medication at School

We are happy to assist in dispensing prescribed medication [such as antibiotics] to students during morning tea and lunchtime. To ensure the safety of our students, please note the following requirements:

Written Consent: A parent or guardian must provide written permission and specific administration details.
Documentation: Complete the form below and return it to the office with the medication, or visit the office to fill it out in person.
Storage: All medication [with the exception of inhalers] must be kept securely in the school office.
